Stupid Anxiety!

I was super anxious. I took my meds and went to bed on time only to get two hours of sleep before waking again. My heart is racing really fast and I can't get all the worries out of my head. Ugh, anxiety is the worst!
 
But we all know that anxiety symptoms pass. Every time they hit, they scare us and make us worry so much, but each and every time, they come and go and we are always safe and well. It’s a hit and run attack!

Remember that the more you fight it and more you want it to go away, the longer you’ll have them.

The trick is to let it flow, let your body be anxious, let it do it’s thing while paying it as little mind as possible, it will soon get bored at your lack of attention and be on its way.
