I myself find doing aromatherapy, music therapy, creative writing therapy, art therapy and my daily self-care and mindfulness routine helpful with stress and anxiety.

Whenever I'm stressed or upset I pour my heart out to God and ask for His help. He has never failed me, even when I was close to death. He is my comfort and my strength always.
