I was never diagnosed with depression at a young age, it wasn't until I was in my mid to late 20s that I became aware that I was depressed but that had a lot to do with the fact that I was in a mentally abusive relationship at the time.
Unfortunately, that has left me with some mental health issues one of them being depression so I would say it has got worse since I got older but I am finding it easier to manage.

I have been depressed all my life with it getting worse as I age. Quitting video games has helped some but I'm still depressed almost every day.
Not me my depression is 100x worse now that I am older. I have a lot more worries especially having rent, buying food etc., I am on a fixed income which doesn't leave much money for anything else.it has gotten worse...and better as I got older
I was diagnosed with depression at the age of 12. It just seems to be getting worse.
