First release of the new generation of Enterprise crew. It was not liked by dome due to some false plot holes and some things not explained too well. Overall it was decent,

A bit too contrived in parts. Should have had Picard return to his family as seen in "The Inner Light" if they wanted to evoke any emotional power in his 'Nexus' scenes. Clearly they did not and the sequence was just pointless, a waste of time for all. Killing off Kirk was just as poorly handled. One plus though, the low budget did make for some good creativity to come out. Loved Malcolm McDowell in this.
