1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 of an 8 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
1 (12-15 oz.) jar pizza sauce
3 c. cooked rice
Mix together meat, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Cut cheese
into 12 bite-size pieces. Shape meat into 12 balls with a cheese in the
center
of each. Brown meat balls on all sides. Remove fat. Add pizza sauce. Heat to
boiling, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve on rice.
