Logging In Issues

Ok, so this is what is happening. I log in and I reply in flood control.
Then I head to New Members and when I try to welcome a new member just now it tells me I am not logged in. Confused!

I have posted but I searched for the answer on the support and it sounds like it could be something to do with the server so I will need to contact them.

I always clear my cookies and cache if a website keeps logging me out. Is this still happening?
