Living with BPD?

TLDR: Living with BPD?
In the forum thread, three users discuss their experiences with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Naiwen describes struggling with perfectionism and a black-and-white thinking pattern, focusing heavily on personal flaws. Willowtigger empathizes with Naiwen, indicating they also have BPD and acknowledge the difficulties associated with it. Krissycakes09 shares that they have BPD as well but mentions that their condition has improved over time. The thread highlights personal struggles with BPD and a sense of community among those affected.
I have been diagnosed of BPD, a few years ago. The issue with me is that I’m chasing and obsessing and having a fixation on perfection every moment of my life. My thought process is in black and white. I’m seeing only flaws and imperfections in myself.
