One of my top 5 films

Mine too. This really is Spielberg’s masterpiece and it’s still a reference piece among film students to this day. This movie is magical despite the grim premise.

Let’s just hope there’s never some “woke” all female cast remake!

Robert Shaw's drunken performance in the galley scene still resonates to this day. Even everyone who knew he was drunk couldn't tell. He flipped a switch and gave Speilberg the perfect take and the perfect scene.

Agreed, Robert Shaw was famously difficult to work with and his presence on the JAWS set was no exception but wow what a performance. Greatly missed.

A classic that has been shown on TV numerous times. It is based on a novel by Peter Benchley of the same name, in 1974.
If you were a kid watching this, it honestly gave you nightmares. It is definitely not one young kids should watch. While the animation leaves something to be desired when compared to today’s technology, it does send chills down the spine.
