How many panic attacks a day?

How many panic attacks do you have a day?

I haven't had many panic attacks in my life, but when I did have them, it was after I had a cycling accident. When my daughter had panic attacks, she would have a couple a day. I helped her get through them by reminding her they wouldn't last. "How do you know?" She asked. "Because you made it through the last one so this one will end too."

The frequency of panic attacks depends on how severe the condition is. When my spouse had panic attacks, she used to have them 1-2 times a week and she did not have multiple attacks on the same day. However, when she had panic attacks, it took her a couple of hours to recover.

I am very pleased to be able to say that my panic attacks are not as bad as they used to be a few years ago. As much as I do have some panic attacks sometimes, it's very rare now. They are awful to go through so I am glad that they are not as bad as they used to be.
