Just registered and looking forward to chatting to you all.

I have avoidant personality disorder with anxiety and depression.

What prompted me to sign-up here was...... today after 8 hours of ‘day time’ I’ve not been spoken to or received any texts and I’m feeling as if the whole world must hate me, although nobody ever says so.

This lack of human contact severely exacerbates my apd, and makes me feel I shouldn’t reach out to people because that’s what I’m always doing. Nothing is ever incoming unsolicited.

Totally lonely and sad. ☹️
