Sometimes when I feel really depressed, it can bring on physical symptoms. I often get lethargy and body aches and pains when I am at my most depressed.

Yes for sure, I get chest pains if I get super depressed. And I have had a stress test on my heart and its fine. My Dr said I need to tray and not get stressed because I am damaging my heart.
