Depression Sucks!

I've been kind of depressed theses last few weeks. It really sucks the life right out of you!

Doesn't help when your so called friends and family members keep treating you like crap either.

It seems people always have to be so confrontational and selfish.
 
We don't have to put up with that crap. I have cut off a sister for the abuse she's inflicted on us. I have no qualms cutting off other abusers. Life is too precious. Focus instead on those who DO lift you up. That's what we've had to do.
@Neelix Agreed! The more we focus on the negative, the more hold it has on us. Is there something you've always wanted to learn? Go online & find a class. Things like languages, coding, etc are easy to learn virtual.
