Do you cry ? Do you cry when someone is watching you ? I feel that almost all stress related issues go away if we cry enough. Even if you do it in your private space.

I like crying like a child when I am alone. Thanks to god that I didn't have to do it anytime recently. But if things go wrong, I tried to get a private space so that I can at least yell, if not sob.

People say that is good manners. Possible, that is what society expects from us. Given the kind of people around us, there is a good chance that we will have no time but to cry. Some people push it too much. It is better to vent it off if we need a peaceful night's sleep.

Honestly It's been a good while since I had a proper cry - although when I do, I tend to be a bawling mess haha. I'm definitely more of a hidden crier though, I like to just take myself out of the situation and retreat to a quite place before letting it all out. I'm a fan of just letting it all out though, if you need to cry, cry away. It's a very fulfilling thing to do in a strange way, really feels like an outburst of just pure emotion.

I very rarely cry, but it usually stems from despair and abject misery when it happens. I have moments of utter hopelessness and that's what triggers it for me. I tear up at movies and things like that, especially as I'm getting older and experiencing more and more loss in my life, but actual crying usually only happens when it reaches the level of despair and hopelessness that it just comes out. It's not happened for a long time, and indeed it doesn't happen often, but it does happen, and yes, it does usually help a little bit to let it out.

Crying due to happiness ? No, I was very close to doing that. Tears almost left my eyes once when there was a positive surge of emotion. I was so immersed in it. I still cannot remember what exactly happened at that time. Because it was like immersed in a cloud and everything was vague.

They say men don't cry, therefore, I don't cry when people are around. However, when I am alone and I am in despair, I cry,

I really only try to cry in private except at funerals. I mean, I really try to hold back at funerals but it's not always possible. Most of my crying is done in bed and not always when I first fall asleep either. It will happen when I wake up and I remember something that brings me to tears.

Honestly speaking, crying is something that I find difficult to do. I have been in situations where I wasn't able to cry as a result of traumas. I think this is an issue that I need to find a solution to.

I wouldn't say that I cry as much as I used to when I was younger and I feel that is because I have found other ways to deal with the stress and anxiety that I go through that used to make me cry. If things do get too bad I do find that a good cry does help but I usually do that in private away from everyone when I feel the need to cry.
