Easier than opening up a can!
2 c. apples, cored, peeled and cubed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
Mix ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl; add 1/4 cup water, stirring gently. Cover and microwave for 7 minutes; stir every one to 2 minutes. Serves 2.
