3-1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1/4 c. onion, minced

1/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing

6 to 8 English muffins, split

Mix cheese, onion and salad dressing together; spread over muffin halves. Arrange on a broiler pan; broil until golden. Slice in half to serve. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
