COPYKAT CHOCOLATE COSTCO MUFFINS

1 box Devil’s Food cake mix

3 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/3 cup oil

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp. flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips



In a medium mixing bowl, add the cake mix (dry), eggs, milk, oil, sour cream, vanilla, flour, and baking powder.

Mix until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips (both kinds) and mix once more.

Grease a mini muffin pan (or regular sized if preferred).

Using a spoon, scoop the batter into each sprayed cup until 2/3 full.

Once tray is full, place tray in preheated oven, 350F, and bake for about 12-14 minutes.

Remove tray from oven and allow to cool about 2-3 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

*Make about 50 mini muffins
