Feta, Green Onion And Dill Muffins
3 eggs
3-1/2 ounces butter
7-8 ounces milk
9-11 ounces flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Salt to taste
3-1/2 ounces feta cheese
Green onions
Dill
Beat eggs with salt. Add melted butter. Add flour and baking powder. Pour in
enough milk to form a batter the consistency of thick sour cream. Mix in
crumbled feta, chopped green onions and chopped dill. Fill muffin cups with
batter to 2/3 capacity and bake at 350-400 degrees for about half an hour.
