Chat not working for me

I can read it and I can type in the text box but submit button does nothing and I dont see any formatting controls like I do in threads they are there but they are very faint

I press "enter" on the keyboard to send chat messages

Thats how I was posting on it before but now all it does is start a new paragraph in the box it doesnt post

Can I ask what browser you were using? Was it mobile or desktop?

I've noticed on mobile I can't enter messages in the chat of a few websites because I use GBoard, so have to switch back to the default keyboard and then it works fine. Not sure if that's a factor here or not, but worth noting!
