3 c. flour

2 eggs, beaten

2 c. water

1/8 c. milk

1 tsp. salt

1 roast beef

Bake roast in oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees. While that is cooking, put together rest of ingredients. Put flour in bowl. Then add water so it's well mixed.

Add eggs, salt and milk. You should have batter well mixed (like a pancake mix). Pour around roast leaving juice from roast in pan. Bake for 1 1/2 more

hours at 350 degrees. Serve with boiled potato and cabbage.
