Question What's your best strategy keeping fit?

TLDR: What's your best strategy keeping fit?
In the forum thread, users discuss their preferred methods for maintaining physical fitness and managing their diet. Sincerem introduces the topic by highlighting the benefits of exercise in staying healthy without relying heavily on medications. They differentiate between non-locomotive exercises (static) and locomotive exercises (involving movement). Nomad shares that their strategy for fitness involves eating low-calorie foods and walking for 60 minutes at least three times a week, specifically noting that they do not engage in gym workouts or high-intensity interval training (HIIT). They also express a challenge with managing eating habits, particularly when bored or stressed, and seek advice on overcoming this issue. NerdiestKen briefly mentions that they focus on their diet to stay fit but does not elaborate on specific strategies. qqq62 details their routine, which includes two 40-minute walks daily at specific times, incorporating stair climbing during these walks. Overall, the discussion shows a preference for moderate, consistent physical activities like walking and attention to diet as key strategies for maintaining health, with a particular interest in how to manage eating habits effectively.
Exercise does alot of marvelous jobs in helping us stay healthy, without needing regular in-take of medicines just to be fit. Their are lots of ways we exercise our body to adapt to full fitness. Some prefer non-locomotive kind of exercises, while some prefer body movement kind of exercises which is the 'locomotive exercises.

Do you prefer staying at a particular spot while practicing physical fitness? or love sprinting and other locomotive kind of exercises while building fitness?

My best strategy to remain fit and healthy is by eating low-calorie food, and going for a walk for 60 minutes at least 3 times a week. I don't go to a gym and I have never done any HIIT.

How do you overcome the temptation to eat? I am asking this question because eating is my best activity. I eat when I am bored or stressed out.
