Question What's your best strategy keeping fit?

Exercise does alot of marvelous jobs in helping us stay healthy, without needing regular in-take of medicines just to be fit. Their are lots of ways we exercise our body to adapt to full fitness. Some prefer non-locomotive kind of exercises, while some prefer body movement kind of exercises which is the 'locomotive exercises.

Do you prefer staying at a particular spot while practicing physical fitness? or love sprinting and other locomotive kind of exercises while building fitness?

My best strategy to remain fit and healthy is by eating low-calorie food, and going for a walk for 60 minutes at least 3 times a week. I don't go to a gym and I have never done any HIIT.

How do you overcome the temptation to eat? I am asking this question because eating is my best activity. I eat when I am bored or stressed out.

i go for 2 x 40min walks, noon and 4pm, included in the walks are steps
1st 50 up then 50 down, walk to the other steps 87 up then 87 down then home
