What would you change about yourself if you could?

TLDR: What would you change about yourself if you could?
ZandraJoi shared her struggle with excessive worrying and stress, noting that unlike her husband who can easily dismiss stress, she tends to dwell on it. She identifies as an empath, which complicates her emotional landscape by absorbing others' emotions. However, she mentioned that with age and increased self-awareness, she has been able to manage her stress and worry more effectively, though it remains a challenge.
I'd change the fact I worry & stress too much & it tends to linger. My husband can just slough it off but it tends to fester in me. I’m also a bit of an empath so I tend to take on other people’s emotions, which I’m working on by being more self-aware of the emotion & where it’s coming from. As I’ve gotten older, I have been able to worry & stress less but it’s still there.
