www. psychologytoday.com all you have to do is put in your zip code and go from there. Some people don't know where to start and i found both of my therapist had pages here. don't fret you will be fine.

I know how you feel, i used to pay by credit card bc of insurance, now i have to pay out of pocket, It can be over $100 dollars, i don't know the exchange is for the UK though. You will find one , sometimes they can work with you on payment if you ask, you just have to ask.
