Vision Board

I get e-newsletters & one of them was about a Vision Board & I kept the information so I could refer back to it. For those who don’t know what this is, many of us have done it at one time or another. We just didn’t call it that & especially when we were teens, didn’t have this board necessarily be for positivity. I knew a friend who had a board & had it filled with everything she hated about herself. It was quite sad that she could only focus on that. We all have been there!
There are different ways to make one. There’s no rules. It’s not about being perfect. It is about adapting it for YOUR own life & needs.
Post quotes, pictures that inspire, uplift you. Some of us used to cut them out of magazines. There’s no time limit. It’s a continuous journey.
For those who are on their computers & phones often, you can create a virtual one that you can refer back to as needed.
Who has done a Vision Board before? Did you call it something different? How did it help you?

Good idea for when you find those quote images and words of wisdom that really make you strong again and feel better about yourself. Of course some porn would probably end up being in mine at some point. 😆

Thats a great idea @ZandraJoi

Something my counsellor actually suggested to me before.

I haven't done one myself but I am always saving or writing down inspirational quotes and images I see online.

I know a lot of people try to express their pent-up emotions by writing or by speaking into the mirror, or even through a video or voice recording. However, I never felt that necessity. Meditation helped me. In my meditation sessions, I saw my problems and all the potential solutions.
