Good luck @NaiwenMy gynecologist is a woman, thank god. It's the annual chek-up routine. I think I'd love to change my birth control pills, because the new ones aren't working perfectly with my body after almost a year of using them.
I hope your appointment goes well!
Sometimes having a male as a gynecologist can be embarrassing because there is no modesty and it's easier to have a female be the doctor.
Naiwen, I think by now you've changed your meds and are feeling better on them? I do think you're onto something that birth control sometimes has to be changed because your body changes over the years as well. It's good that you recognize it and can speak with your doctor about it.
