This is a fun underground adventure with loads of gore and fun kills to be had. The cast of mostly unknown actors do a competent job at conveying the claustrophobic fear of being trapped underground. The creature design is simplistic yet stylish and presented to the audience well, there’s no heavy use of CGI here. The set design is first class and very believable. There exists two endings for this movie depending on which territory you are in, my advice is to watch whatever version you have available and then seek out the alternative ending on YouTube and decide which you prefer. Well worth a watch.
