This is my new philosophy to keep moving forward...

I always see things as take time to do each task. Figure out the easiest part in a task and do that and then gradually do each other part of the task. For example vacuuming the house do the bathroom and toilet first and then take a break and do a bit more. Soon enough it will be done without dwelling on it too much.

I don't know the person who said this but I really liked the quote. I always believe in taking small steps to achieve the goal instead of taking giant strides. Depression is one of the most common mental health conditions and the person should have a mental health support group to tackle the issues.

This is a thread I needed to see today. I often have days where I do not feel like doing most things but force myself to as I know I will feel worse if I don't. A reminder that even the little things can make a huge difference.

I do take things one at a time, but there are some days like today when I just can't get past the depression. All I want to do is go to sleep.
