Double the recipe or make 'em minis for a crowd.

1 lb. ground sausage

2 c. biscuit baking mix

12-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine ingredients together; shape into one-inch balls. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet; bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
