Ranch Crispy Chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs
2 packages Ranch salad dressing mix
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 1 (3 to 4 pound) broiler fryer chicken, cut up
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse chicken; pat dry. In large resealable plastic bag, combine dressing mix and crumbs. Add chicken; seal. Shake to coat. Place chicken onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 50 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
