2 envelopes dry ranch or Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
Place chicken into slow cooker. Combine salad dressing mix and water. Pour over chicken. Cover; cook on low for 3 hours. In bowl, beat together cream cheese and soup until blended. Pour over chicken. Cover; cook on low for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender but not dry.
