This is my version of a local favorite. Quicker than delivery!
2 12-inch ready-to-use pizza crusts
16-oz. jar Alfredo sauce
2-oz. pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
8-oz. pkg. grilled chicken strips, coarsely chopped
2.8-oz. pkg. ready-to-use bacon, crumbled
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, sliced into thin strips
3 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese
If package directs, bake pizza crusts for a few minutes. In a small
bowl, combine Alfredo sauce and salad dressing mix. Divide between 2
crusts, spreading evenly. Top each pizza with 2 cups mozzarella
cheese. On each pizza, arrange half of the remaining ingredients
except garnish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for
20 minutes, or until crust is lightly golden and cheese is bubbly.
Makes 2 pizzas; 6 servings each.
