BACON RANCH CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES

1/4 c. mayonnaise

1/4 c. sour cream

1 tbsp. ranch dressing mix

1-1/2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed

3/4 c. chopped tomatoes

1/3 c. cooked bacon

1/2 c. green onions, chopped

8 slices bread

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream and ranch dressing mix until well combined. Add the chicken, tomatoes, bacon and green onions. Stir until evenly coated. Store refrigerated for 1-2 hours before serving. Divide salad among 4 bread slices. Top each sandwich with another bread slice.
