Potato Soup Recipe From Jet
I made this on Saturday, January 13, 2018.
I also made some baking powder biscuits.
Both turned out good!
Peel and dice 4 med potatoes
Dice 1 med onion
cook in 1quart of chicken broth about 20 mins
mix 2 tbsp cornstarch in 1 cup milk stir and add slowly to cooked potato
broth mixture cook till thickened stirring often
Salt and pepper to taste enjoy
