Polish Cottage Cheese Pie

1 lb. cottage cheese

3 egg yolks

3 egg whites

2/3 c. light cream

1 c. sugar

1 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. vanilla

1 tbsp. cinnamon

Put cheese through sieve. Beat yolks, add cream, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Add cheese and stir well to blend. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked

pie shell. Dust with cinnamon. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees 45 minutes.
