  • While Talk Mental Health offers a platform for peer support and shared experiences, it is not a substitute for professional mental health assistance. If you find yourself in genuine danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to qualified professionals. In the UK, you can contact emergency services by dialing 999. For non-emergency support, consider reaching out to organizations like Samaritans at 116 123. In the USA, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255). For support in Australia, contact Lifeline at 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue at 1300 22 4636. No Bake Cheese Pie

No Bake Cheese Pie

1 pkg. of cream cheese

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup of Real lemon juice

1 tsp. of vanilla

1 graham cracker crust

1 can of fruit filling (for topper, if desired)

In a large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sweetened milk. Then add the lemon juice and the vanilla.

Then place the well mixed ingredients into the graham cracker pie crust. Place in the refriderator for about an hour or two. Then you can cut the pie and

place a little of the pie filling on top. We use cherry filling.

No baking makes it a cool treat for the summer. You can also use the lite cream cheese and sweetened milk, so not as fattening. I have tried it this way

and there isn't that much difference.
