Pizza Toasts
8 slices white bread
7 ounces feta cheese
Cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Spices and herbs of choice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Arrange bread slices in a baking pan and toast in the oven for a few
minutes. Cut feta in small dice. Halve the tomatoes. Add favorite seasonings
and herbs to mayonnaise. Return bread slices to baking pan, liberally coat
with mayonnaise. Top with diced feta and with tomato halves. Drizzle with
olive oil. Bake in preheated oven at 350-375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
