Pizza Rounds
Ingredients
1/4 cup
pizza sauce
1/4 cup
finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup
finely chopped mushroom
1/4 cup
finely chopped pepperoni
1/2 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
40 (1/5 bag)
TostitosR Bite Size Rounds Tortilla Chips
Directions
15 mins
Arrange the TostitosR Bite Size Rounds tortilla chips in an even layer on a
baking sheet. Top each chip with a dollop of sauce. Toss the green pepper
with
the mushrooms and pepperoni. Divide between chips and top with cheese. Broil
for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Carefully transfer to a serving
platter.
Serve immediately. Makes 40 bites.
