Pastor's Ground Beef Chili
3 pounds ground beef
3 (16 ounce) cans ranch style beans
3 (10 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
3 cups grated Cheddar cheese
In Dutch oven, brown beef; drain well. Stir in beans and enchilada sauce. Cover; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add cheese; cook until cheese melts.
