8 med. potatoes, cubed

2 lg. onions, chopped

4 ribs celery, chopped

3 carrots, chopped

Soup bone

Sm. can tomatoes

1 beaten egg

3 tbsp. milk

1/2 tsp. salt

1 lb. ground beef

Cook potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, and soup bone in large kettle of water. Mix together egg, salt and ground beef. Shape into small balls. Drop into

boiling soup. Add tomatoes. Season to taste. Simmer until you can't wait any longer for a bowl of this delicious soup.
