Mental health talk.

TLDR: Mental health talk.
The forum thread revolves around the difficulties and frustrations experienced by individuals attempting to obtain a mental health diagnosis and appropriate treatment. LostHope shares their struggle with not receiving a diagnosis despite having symptoms and taking online tests. They express dissatisfaction with the medical responses they've received, including ineffective counseling and medication, and feeling dismissed by healthcare professionals. Catsmother suggests persistently communicating dissatisfaction to GPs and considering writing down symptoms to facilitate discussions. She empathizes with LostHope's situation by sharing her own negative experiences with the healthcare system during a crisis. Lee advises LostHope to consider changing GPs and mentions the option of self-referring for therapy through the NHS, although he acknowledges long waiting times and limited support due to budget cuts. He suggests that while some support like CBT is available, more tailored treatments are harder to access and recommends considering private clinics if feasible. Other users like WhippedCream, Nomad, and Sincerem share their personal approaches to managing health issues, ranging from reluctantly visiting doctors to reading expert articles and seeking immediate medical attention for severe symptoms. Overall, the thread highlights a common sentiment of frustration with the healthcare system's handling of mental health, the challenge of accessing adequate treatment, and the need for persistence in seeking help.
I read expert-written articles and try to analyze my conditions. If my symptoms are severe, I try to consult a health care advertiser. However, I do not start medication immediately. I try to look for alternative therapies.

That's very much ideal, when you're feeling some disorder you simply have to visit your medics, it depends on the severity. If it's something more serious you simply have to be admitted ASAP to go round and check the occurrence and it's severity, therapist is need also.
