Lush Dessert
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 (4 serving size) boxes instant pudding mix, any flavor
3 cups milk
Additional whipped topping
In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into 9x13 inch glass dish. Freeze for 20 minutes. In another bowl, combine 1 cup whipped topping, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with mixer until completely smooth. Spread over crust. In another bowl, combine pudding mixes and milk. Whisk for 2 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes to thicken. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread evenly with whipped topping. Chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
