Cookies And Cream Dessert
1 (20 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) tubs frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
2 (4 serving size) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
Mix cookie crumbs with butter; press into an ungreased 9 by 13 inch pan. Combine cream cheese with 1 tub of whipped topping; spread over cookie crust. Prepare pudding according to package directions; spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate until firm.
