VALENTINE DESSERT

2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding

1 can cherry pie filling

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

1 c. butter

3 c. flour

4 tbsp. sugar



Mix butter, flour and sugar with hands and pat into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or less.

Prepare 2 packages vanilla instant pudding and pour over cooled crust. Spread cherry pie filling over pudding. Top with Cool Whip. Chill for several hours and cut into squares. Garnish with nuts (optional).
