How Is Your Sleep?

TLDR: How Is Your Sleep?
In the forum thread, several users discuss their current sleep patterns and challenges. Catsmother initiates the conversation by mentioning a poor sleep pattern over the past two weeks, a recurring issue for them. Sheff1 and Borderlou relate to having reversed sleep cycles, sleeping during the day and staying awake at night. Butterfly88 and lavalamp also express difficulties with sleeping well at night, attributing it to medication and unresolved issues respectively. Gibby inquires about any improvements in Catsmother's sleep, to which the response is negative but hopeful for future improvement. Nomad shares a personal success story with a normal sleep pattern achieved through medical help and recommends trying ASMR and lavender essential oils as non-medical interventions. Lavalamp mentions having tried various remedies without success, considering medication if no improvement occurs. Overall, the thread highlights a common struggle with sleep among the participants, with a mix of coping strategies ranging from adjusting medication to natural remedies and lifestyle changes.
Not very good. I tend to nap in the middle of the day and then not sleep very well at night. Even when I do sleep well at night I can't seem to make it through the day. I think my meds have been making me over-tired and it hasn't been helping. My doctor knows but she says there's nothing else for me to take.

I have a normal sleep pattern, when I go to bet I get to sleep within 10 minutes. However, in the past, I had sleeping problems and I had to seek medical help. If you are having problems with sleeping, try listening to ASMR

Glad you are managing to sleep well!

My sleep isn't very good at the moment unfortunately. :(

Have you tried lavender essential oils? A few drops of lavender oils on your pillow when you go to sleep can help you sleep fast and sleep well. You can also take a lavender bath before going to bed.

I've tried pretty much everything, short of asking for a referral for a sleep study. The only thing that worked in the end was medication.

I'm gonna give it a couple of days and see if it gets better before taking any medicine.
