How are your voices today?

TLDR: How are your voices today?
The forum thread primarily revolves around discussions among users about their experiences with auditory hallucinations and the strategies they use to cope. Burtie, a central participant, shares fluctuations in their mental state, noting that while the voices sometimes recede, allowing for calmer periods, they often feel persecuted, violated, and harassed by these auditory experiences. Burtie finds some relief using binaural beats, which help to mitigate the distress caused by the voices. Other users, such as Ozzy47 and pSyKo kAt, engage by offering support and sharing their own experiences, with pSyKo kAt mentioning odd food cravings induced by the voices. The thread includes expressions of empathy and encouragement from other members, including willowtigger and Lee, who commend Burtie's resilience and offer emotional support. The discussion touches on personal coping mechanisms, the impact of these experiences on daily life, and the communal support found within the forum. Overall, the thread is a blend of personal testimony, mutual support, and shared coping strategies among individuals experiencing similar challenges.
I am feeling violated & mentally off. I am tired. Work saps my energy but I need it. I will have a quiet weekend.

I got a new camera arriving so want to do some photography. I was thinking I could display my photos in the attic. My attic will be a really nice chill area.

Like I don’t need permission or someone to tell me what to do. It is sickening. Like they will say relax. A violating mental intrusion telling me to relax. I want to get violent to this person.

I will be complaining to god in the afterlife about this. If real folk keep messing with me when I don’t want it, they owe me karma, or whatever punishment it is
