How are your voices today?

TLDR: How are your voices today?
The forum thread primarily revolves around discussions among users about their experiences with auditory hallucinations and the strategies they use to cope. Burtie, a central participant, shares fluctuations in their mental state, noting that while the voices sometimes recede, allowing for calmer periods, they often feel persecuted, violated, and harassed by these auditory experiences. Burtie finds some relief using binaural beats, which help to mitigate the distress caused by the voices. Other users, such as Ozzy47 and pSyKo kAt, engage by offering support and sharing their own experiences, with pSyKo kAt mentioning odd food cravings induced by the voices. The thread includes expressions of empathy and encouragement from other members, including willowtigger and Lee, who commend Burtie's resilience and offer emotional support. The discussion touches on personal coping mechanisms, the impact of these experiences on daily life, and the communal support found within the forum. Overall, the thread is a blend of personal testimony, mutual support, and shared coping strategies among individuals experiencing similar challenges.
The mad folk have returned. It’s like folk think they are telepathic. I don’t have time for their nonsense
Would you have noticed if the 'voices' are responding back to your actual internal articulation, through your subvocalization or spoken speech, or would they being engaging within the spectral, meaning no verbal 'thoughts' like seeing within your minds eye, so if you imagine the pink panther they your 'voices' would receive the image of the pink panther?

It really is a horrible feeling, they are slimy & just makes me feel like I wanna kill them
Your not the only one, me myself am currently living with this intrusion within my life, and I have spoken to many people over the years and they all share the same type of experience and feeling towards their aggravators, trust me!

It’s a sensation of being targeted and these folk are trying to act as if they are being helpful. But it is insanity, and I don’t like it. It is distressing for me as a schizophrenic to endure this.

What if may I ask is the main cause of your distress, would it be the combination of a sub set of things akin to these accurate descriptions in your reply as we could talk them over if you would feel comfortable about that, could we PM each other as that would be great as going through area 51 myself right now.
