For non-emergency support, consider reaching out to organizations like Samaritans at 116 123. In the USA, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255). Have you ever entertained a crowd?

Have you ever performed in front of a crowd? Theater? Karaoke? Read poetry?

I used to be in a flute choir and we performed at some places and I wasn't very good since I was still very new at learning how to play. It was a lot of fun though.

I also used to be in a handbell choir and vocal choir at church and loved being a part of those. I sing solos at my current church...well, I did before covid. I am hoping to get back into it once I return to the church. They're still masking and social distancing and don't sing out loud yet which annoys me so I haven't gone in a long time and watch on the videos they stream.
