What scares me is that people can be mentally very stable and still be thought of as mentally unwell and confined to a facility because it's such a fluid term.

I have heard the stories of how people faked mental diseases to avoid criminal lawsuits, and how people tricked the system to prove someone is mentally ill so that they can take this person's property.

Such kind of strategy is rampant everywhere, I simply don't like it. But some people indulge due to some reasons best known to them.
