Howdy sup there! How are ye all doing today? This morning, I've just had the most pleasant and refreshing walk, breathing exercises, meditation and yoga session outside in the cold. The afternoon, just playing some games on my Switch before tucking myself in bed tonight.

After three busy days at work, I'm off today. I had 11 hours of sleep last night. I was so tired.

Im not too bad today Im on a course of Diazepam for my nerves.

Ive been to the hospital and had the test's done and he told me its my Tendon's in my shoulder and they are inflamed so Ive to have a injection to try and get shut of the inflammation plus some tablet's and Ive to go for some exercise's.

My shopping come's at 7pm tonight and no items missing which is great.
Just put my chicken in to cook for dinner.
