boneless breasts
jar of any brand Alfred sauce or homemade (buttoni with mushrooms is good)
milk
breadcrumbs (preferably seasoned)
frozen or fresh garlic cheese bread
Pound breast thin, dip into milk and then breadcrumbs and brown (this should
only take a couple of minutes). In oven or broiler, cook cheese bread. Heat
alfredo sauce. When breasts are cooked, lay one on each cooked garlic bread,
top with alfredo sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place in broiler for
just a few minutes until mixture starts to bubble. Serve with a salad. This
is a very easy and quick meal and it is DELICIOUS.
